What are the delivery charges?
It is absolutely free for Corporate Clients in Delhi – NCR. In other states it is nominal actual expense as charged by the reputed Courier Companies depending upon the distance and weight of the consignment.
What is the estimated delivery time?
We generally ship the items within 24-48 hours from the time of delivery (weekends and pubic holidays excluded) in Delhi – NCR. However, delivery might take slightly more time in other states than Delhi – NCR, depending upon courier delivery (in areas where standard courier service is available). For other areas, orders will be sent by Registered Post through the Indian Postal Service which may take 1-2 weeks depending on the location) from the Order booking date in some cases it might go up-to 10 working days. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Estimated delivery time is dependent on the product’s availability, and could vary from each brand offering the product.
If you have shopped multiple products in a single transaction, we will send it to you in one single shipment. (In case of a single shipment, the delivery date would be on the date when all the products are ready to ship in some cases delivery can be in partial mode).
At the time of delivery, if you are not available to receive the parcel, the courier company would leave a note for you to call them and arrange for redelivery or you can pick it up from their location.
We are not responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.
Please note that if there are any customs or duties applicable for the ordered items, it would be billed separately to the customer by the courier company at the time of delivery. The duties and taxes are not a part of the customer’s payment made to us.
Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc)?
There are zero hidden charges when you make a purchase on www.hspmart.in website. The prices listed for all the items are excluding GST and CESS and the same are clearly defined while placing the order. The price you see on the product is excluding GST and CESS. When you place the order the breakup is categorically mentioned. The detailed breakup of each item, HSN codes, Tax percentage and tax rates are mentioned in detail in GST Tax Invoice as per norms along with the delivery.
Why does the estimated delivery time vary from brand to brand?
Delivery times are influenced by product availability, geographic location of the brands/manufacturers etc.
